Rob Bannon is Founder and President of the TPG Golf Performance Center and Golf Academy located in Saint Johns, Florida. He is a Master Staff Teaching Professional, Mizuno Staff Brand Ambassador and Top 100 Club Fitter for 2020,2021 and 2022. . Rob started TPG Golf in 2016 to bring the new age of golf instruction and performance coaching to players of all skill levels. Rob currently coaches' players playing competitively at all levels including PGA Tour Americas, NCAA Divisions 1, 2 and 3, AJGA, High School and numerous junior tours. Prior to becoming a golf professional, Rob served as an Army Officer and Rotary Wing Aviator for 21 years. He is qualified in over 10 aircraft and flown 4000 flight hours including over 1000 hours of combat flight time while serving combat tours in the Persian Gulf War, Bosnia, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom I and Iraqi Freedom III.

Jim Ragland joined TPG as a full time teaching professional in September 2020. Jim turned professional in 1981 after playing collegiately at Georgia Southern University. He played competitively on the Hogan Tour for multiple seasons highlighted by qualifying for and playing in the 1983 PGA Tour Southern Open. In 1989, Jim won the Florida Open culminating many years of working on his game as a playing professional. In 2009, Jim started Jim Ragland Golf to bring his playing experience to players as a teaching professional. Over the last 10 years, Jim has been one of the top teachers in North Florida developing talent from the junior and college ranks all the way to the PGA Tour. Jim currently coaches PGA Tour player Philip Knowles, Epson Tour player Sara Mckevitt and multiple D1 and D2 collegiate players. We are thrilled to have Jim's talents at the Performance Center every day to help our players reach their goals.

We are excited to add Paul Power's talent and experience to our staff of coaches at the TPG Golf Performance Center. Paul comes to TPG Golf after spending the past 17 years as senior lecturer and golf teaching professional assigned to the Department of Health and Exercise Studies at North Carolina State University.
Paul is an experienced teaching professional and will add depth to our coaching staff handling both adult and junior players in addition to running adult and beginner level junior clinics

We are excited to add Sara McKevitt to our staff of coaches at the TPG Golf Performance Center. Sara grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, where she graduated from Ponte Vedra High School. She then attended the University of South Florida on a golf scholarship to study Mechanical Engineering. After her freshman year, Sara determined it would be best to transfer to the University of North Florida to continue her collegiate golf career and study Finance.
Sara’s career highlights:
Holds UNF’s 18-hole scoring record, shooting 65 and earning her the ASUN Conference Player of the week.

Finished sixth place in her final ASUN Conference Championship shooting even par 72-72-72
Competed in the NCAA regionals in 2021 and 2022
In 2021, she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Finance and is currently pursuing UNF’s Master of Business Administration.
Sara’s goal from high school golf was to play collegiate golf and prepare for a career on the LPGA Tour. She will attend LPGA Q-School this August.
Sara’s collegiate career and progress gives her a unique perspective in coaching players in goal setting, practice plans, tournament preparation and course management. She is a TPG Golf level 1 certified coach and traiined and proficient in utilizing technology such as Flight Scope, Trackman, and Full Swing launch monitors. She understands that everyone learns differently and is eager to adapt to what works best for her individual students.
